Whats a few hundred billion among friends?

Seriously. $50 Billion to a bank here (Citi), $100 Billion to a doomed auto maker there (GM), and lets not forget, $170 Billion to an insurance company (AIG). The government has a controlling stake in GM and and AIG, and can basically tell the Citi board what to do. Yet, according to Obama, the government will not interfere in day to day operations of the companies. How then, does one explain Obama's phone call to the mayor of Detroit, assuring him GM headquarters will remain in Motown? Is that not the job of the company's CEO?
Well, I guess America is becoming a socialist regime. Hey, no wonder Obama befriended Chavez-they have both taken to the idea of nationalizing non-government companies!!
Is there any other citizen nauseated by the idea that our tax money is going to reward the Obama voters at GM?
And those banks that have been trying for months to repay their TARP loans? The government keeps on adding new measures to delay the repayment, in order to hold on to the control it has over these companies. JP Morgan, AMEX, Goldman Sachs have all realized the government choke-hold, and they have been attempting in vain to repay these loans for months!
Lets not forget the plan to raise taxes in order to reform healthcare. Granted, healthcare is expensive and needs to be fixed. But now? Raising taxes when people are making less?! Really, is he serious???

Coming soon..."Reverse Racism-is it fair?"
"Someone finally has the balls to confront Obama"
